Inside Our Renovation Process

Renovation work asks a different question than new construction: not ‘what should this become,’ but ‘what does this already want to be.’ We start by documenting what’s original, what’s been altered, and what’s structurally sound versus cosmetically dated.

From there, we preserve character wherever it earns its place, and we’re unsentimental about replacing what genuinely doesn’t serve the house anymore.
